welfare benefitsA dwp report has been leaked to the guardian detailing plans to charge people a fee for challenging benefits decisions at tribunal.
This would massively affect disabled people – 40% of ESA appeals are successful (70% of cases taken by One Voice), how are these people supposed to enforce their legal rights, when in most cases they will be on a very low rate of benefit until the case is heard.
This amounts to a denial of human rights.
