TWO ACTIVITY TASTER DAYS Tuesday 22nd July and Tuesday 29th July
On arrival at the centre we’ll meet our guides for the day. We’ll split into two groups of five; group 1 will start with archery whilst group 2 take the guided tour of the centres facilities, then vice versa.
After lunch we all have a go at rock climbing where the instructors will be on hand to help and advice whatever your previous knowledge or experience.
Finally you can opt for either an induction to the synergy gym – a special area with equipment set in a circle format designed to work the whole of the body and is easily accessible for VI users; or if you’ve had enough exercise for one day a fabulous relaxation class will help to distress and rejuvenate you.

Talking Book Club

Our first talking book took place last month with great success, we had so many people our little meeting room got very hot and cosy, this month we will be meeting in the larger Training Room.
The book that was chosen by the group to read this month was London Bridges by James Patterson, we are all looking forward to getting together and discussing the book at our next meeting
