In response to feedback customers and research into their changing needs, the council will be making significant improvements to the www.wolverhampton.gov.uk website from next Tuesday 23 April 2013.
The upgrade involves the website’s Content Management System, or CMS. This is the system that allows us to publish, edit and update material. While we will be keeping the four existing tabs (Residents, Business, Visiting and The Council) as part of the new website’s navigation, customers will be able to find the information they have shown us they need most frequently more quickly and easily.
Right from launch, there will be an opportunity for users to feed back their views through an online questionnaire.
Later in the year we will be setting up a user testing group to influence the future development of the council’s website. The invitation to join will be open to everyone, whatever their level of internet skill.
If you or anyone in your professional or community network would like to be part of this group please visit www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/join to register your interest
