"fun"

"that was great!"

"can we have a leaflet about the exercises please?"

"I was please to find out about [how to get a] RADAR key"

You can download the chairobics exercises in word/works/open office form here > (67kb - small)

A big thank you to Harj Chahal for designing this exercise set.

Later this month, we will publish a chairobics page with an illustrated guide.

From next week you can download the Access Officer information here >

Thanks to Paula Lewis for her session, which got everybody joining in!

Wolverhampton Action4Diabetes Group

One Voice has been doing work with lots of other disabled people's groups in Wolverhampton over the last year.

We recently visited the Action4Diabetes Group which is a very lively bunch of people with diabetes and their friends/family. They usually have their meetings on the second saturday of every month at the civic centre. The meetings are very well attended, and have lots of different speakers and information.

They have their own webpage here >

Taxi Tales

One Voice is interested in hearing from disabled people in Wolverhampton who have had difficulty with using Taxis.
We would like to hear your stories, so that we can build up a picture of the problems disabled people face, and work with Council officers to improve this.

All information will be kept confidential.

Email us with your experiences!
